Need to return something? No Problem...
If you are not entirely satisfied with your on-line purchase we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the date shown on your original dispatch note. You will be given a full refund to the value of the product(s).
Items returned must be unworn, have all ticketing still attached and should be complete with the original packaging.
Please note - when trying on items of clothing please avoid wearing perfumes, sprays or makeup which could soil the garment and prevent its resale. Any such cases would not be accepted for refund.
When trying items of jewellery please avoid contact with perfume, hairspray or water.

We regret we are currently unable to offer a postage paid return service at this moment.
When posting returned items we strongly recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery service (e.g. Royal Mail Signed for or Special Delivery)
-Please note that all items returned to us are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at Lucido Boutique returns department. Lucido Boutique cannot be responsible for any items that did not reach our premises, please raise a dispute with the postal service originally used.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) back to us at Lucido Boutique our returns department will check the garments and information provided, providing they meet all return conditions, you will then receive a confirmation email to acknowledge we have received the goods and your refund is been processed.
All correctly received items will be refunded and a credit will be applied back to your original method of payment. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred. Please allow 7-10 working days.
